EXPANDED RECALL NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS OF AMERICA TRUE MAN HEALTH INCORPORATED'S TRUE MAN SEXUAL ENERGY NUTRIMENT MEN'S FORMULA AND ENERGY MAX ENERGY SUPPLEMENT MEN'S FORMULA
It has come to the attention of America True Man Health Incorporated that it's True Man Sexual Energy Nutriment Men's Formula shipped between October 1, 2006 and February 15, 2007 and Energy Max Energy Supplement Men's Formula shipped between March 1, 2007 and April 15, 2007, with the expiration date up to and including December 2010 contained an analog of FDA approved erectile dysfunction (ED) products. Consequently, we are conducting a voluntary nationwide recall of all the Company's dietary supplement product that has been sold under the brand name of True Man Sexual Energy Nutriment Men's Formula and Energy Max Energy Supplement Men's Formula with the expiration date of up to and including December 2010. True Man Sexual Energy Nutriment Men's Formula and Energy Max Energy Supplement Men's Formula were tested and found to contain analogues of FDA approved erectile dysfunction (ED) drugs and, therefore, is suspected to contain a similar pharmacological and adverse event profile. Common adverse events associated with these drugs include headaches and flushing. Sometimes, more severe reactions occur. Customers who have either of these products in their possession should stop using it immediately and contact their physician if they have experienced any abnormal physical condition or symptom. While we are not aware of any adverse effect on any consumer, the Company, in an abundance of caution, is recalling them. Please note that as of February 15, 2007, the Company ceased sale of True Man Sexual Energy Nutriment Men's Formula and the Company has new supplier for the Energy Max Energy Supplement Men's Formula. In addition testing of all shipments received is being conducted before resale to customers.

The Company is taking this voluntary action because it is concerned with the health of the persons who have consumed this product. The Company has changed to another source, and to ensure that there will be no future issues with the regard to the True Man Sexual Energy Nutriment Men's Formula and Energy Max Energy Supplement Men's Formula composition and labeling has commenced testing each incoming shipment before packaging and sale. The Company is working closely with the FDA in the recall process and is committed to the quality and integrity of its products. We sincerely regret any inconvenience to you.
